With standard UK delivery, your order should arrive in 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), while if you order before 7pm Sunday-Friday, you can choose express delivery and receive your items in one or two days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Express delivery orders placed after 7pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver.

You can also opt for next day delivery if you order before 7pm Sunday-Friday and receive your items the following day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 7pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver.

Items bought using our USC promo code deals can be delivered to one of their participating stores within 5-7 working days at a cost of £4.99

However, each time you use this Click & Collect service, you will be given a £5 voucher to spend in store. As soon as your items are ready to be picked up, you will receive an email containing a unique delivery code which you will need to collect it. As well as this code, you will also need to take along your order number and a form of ID, such as a passport, driving licence or credit card.

You will have up to 28 days to collect your parcel, after which time it will be returned to the warehouse. You will then need to contact customer services to arrange a refund. Items can also be delivered to a UK mainland Collect+ store within two working days at a cost of £5.99 for collection seven days a week.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, while any Collect+ stores previously used when shopping will be added to your account so you can easily select them in the future. When you collect your parcel, you must make sure you have the sufficient paperwork and some ID.
