Cashback didn't track so after a couple of weeks I submitted a cash back claim. However, Thomson will not look at the claim until after my holiday has been completed- next September! Very disappointing service indeed!!

Booked holiday in August 12 for departure in September 12. Cashback never tracked and claim could not be submitted until after the holiday was taken. Been back 6 weeks now and still no cashback. Sent a nudge and still nothing. Cashback should be £15. Had a great holiday but a bit disappointment about no cashback.

Have been waiting 4 months & counting for my 1st cashback & my 2nd one has no date. Not sure if it's worthwhile using your cashback site. May close my account shortly.

Booked a holiday and this had tracked the next day. Cashback amount is now £5.05 which I knew it would be. Estimated to be paid in about 7-8 weeks time. If this is correct, then very happy.

Just put in my second missing cashback claim for Thomsons spent £2000 and neither transaction has tracked never had any problems with any one else. Hope tcb can sort this out £15 each transaction is not alot but it all adds up very nicely. I will think twice about using Thomsons in the future.

I purchased a Thomson holiday in Jan 2012. It never tracked so a few weeks later I put in a claim along with the reference no. for the holiday I had booked. Because at this stage I had only paid the deposit, I decided to wait until I had paid the final balance in June before sending a 'nudge'. The holiday cost £1488 and I was expecting to receive £20. Last month (July) I received a message to say Thomson havent paid out because they dont recognise my booking ref number!!!?? Sorry Thomson but that was the only ref you gave me!!

Previously had problems with cash back claim, indicated that I could not raise a claim until after the holiday. This was successful however this time I cannot raise a claim as the booking was taken over 100 days ago. Very confusing and very disappointing.

Not a single purchase has tracked this year [2012] despite 100% tracking in the past! I've made several purchases and the positive is all claims have been credited and paid as advertised [apart from one recent claim]. Just a shame tracking for myself has gone from 100% to zero! No real tracking issues apart from Thomson, just the odd rogue one as expected.

Thomson are currently withdrawing a large number of thier holidays, reason being cashflow problems and their failure to pay suppliers. Profits are down by approximately -11.2% and it looks very likely they will be in administration within the next 3 months. Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. I'm glad we did our homework before booking another holiday with them.

I booked a holiday through Thomsons on Jan 4th 2012. Lodged a claim 3 wks later and am STILL waiting for it to be sorted. Not impressed! Obviously holiday is all paid for so dont know why the hold-up!?

Booked a holiday on 2nd April to travel end of June. Cashback has not tracked and after submitting claim I have now been told that Thomson will not consider the claim until after we have completed our stay despite providing booking reference and dates and place of stay. So my cashback claim is now on hold for at least another 6 weeks. Might get it for my Christmas shopping if I'm lucky!

Item not tracked, nor any movement since lodging claim and sending nudge - 6 weeks since claim (2 months since transaction) still no sign of cashback nor any acknowledgement to claim - poor service on this one (first time I have had a transaction fail to track in 4 yrs of use)

Thomson cancelled our holiday after holding onto a £500 deposit for 6 months. No explanation other than they've cancelled 10 and 11 night durations on a number of destinations. Attempted to get through to thier customer service on 3 occasions with no joy, phone would cut out after 30 mins (each call 5p per minute). Finally got through to arrange my refund. Not a good company to deal with, I suspect they are financial difficulty.
