	Booked our 2015 holiday to Cyprus on 12 January, it did not track which was worrying as that means in my experience it doesn't pay out! Anyway I submitted a claim which was accepted and is now payable (16/02/15) for £176. I just got in for the increased offer they had that ended on 13 January. Had I booked 1 day later it would have been £10.10! Not much of a difference is there? Always had good experiences with Thomson, although I have to say it is the first time I have got more than £10 cashback from them, so well chuffed.

	Claim they can't trace the transaction. Typical Thomson really. Why bother offering cashback if you don't want to pay out???? not happy!!

	I booked in January 2015 spending just shy of £6000. I actually booked earlier than intended to take advantage of the higher cash back amount on offer. Last time I got £15 cash back on a similar spend, this time because it was a percentage it came in at £174.66. Not much difference is it??? Anyhow it did not track and a claim was put in, in fairness to TCB and Thomsons it has today appeared in my account, though only pending so I am keeping my fingers crossed! It always seems to me that high value cash back purchases seem to not track correctly, or get refused with a poor excuse offered as to why. At least that is my experience on TCB, the low value ones always seem to be trouble free. I would say though that I think Thomson/TUI should be offering better cash back deals than the £10 or £15 they normally offer and I feel so sorry for people who booked the day after me when the cash back went back to £10.10 no matter what you spent. Anyhow hopefully now my cash back will go through and then I will close the case. It makes a big difference and is £175 towards my spending money in Cyprus, roll on July!

	Cashback did not track, after submitting a claim it was declined despite me using the site in the same way I would for all purchases using topcashback. Tiny amount of cash back considering the size of the purchase.

	Just had 2.5% cash back on a family holiday to USA , Tracked straight away and payed on time very pleased with the deal it really made a difference

	Had to raise a manual claim as the purchase never tracked. The claim was agreed and made payable within around 4 weeks. Pretty happy with rate of cashback (over £70 on £2700 spend).

	This is the 2nd time I have booked through Thomson both amounts tracked and paid out eventually. Bitterly disappointed though by the amount of cashback received. First holiday was £2600 and got £15 cashback, 2nd holiday was £6234 and have now received just £10 cashback. What is most frustrating is just after booking and paying out over £6k, they change the cashback to 2.52% which would have earned me £157 and is much more like it. Booked through Balkan holidays for the last 2 years, got 15% off the holiday both years and £200 in cashback! I am really annoyed now, £10 cashback for £6k+ holiday is terrible!!!

	I have booked two holidays with Thompson and I am still waiting for the cash back on both. Submitted claims in in the summer of 2013 and still waiting. Extremely poor service, very disappointing!

	Booked a holiday through Thomson via Topcashback link last year - should have been getting £15 cashback. All details submitted as the cashback didnt register - myself and Topcashback been chasing for some time - Thomson have now refused to pay and wont even give a reason as to why! Topcashback have tried appealing their decision but they refuse to look at it again. Topcashback have done their best but Thomson service is poor. I know its only £15 why advertise a cashback and then refuse to pay out?

	Failed to track. One year on refuse to give cash-back as they cannot trace it. I would say good job they can do holidays but this isn't the case either. And as for topcashback...... They should take notice and kick off any company that regular fails to produce cashback as they are using this service as FREE advertising.

	Book Holiday May 2013 now March 2014 still have not received cash back constant nudge to Customer Services but same old standard replies come back.Would not be keen to book again.

	Waited over 12 months for reply after spending £900 then claim rejected with NO REASON GIVEN. Better deals elsewhere on internet

	Tracked straight away but at zero. Lodged a claim with TCB after returning from holiday. Finally 7 months after making manual claim, cashback has been paid. Got there in the end but extra hassle and a long wait for just £21.

	Thomson and First Choice do not honour there cash back and it is a pittance considering I spent £1500. DO NOT EXPECT CASH BACK from this company.

	Waited since May 2013 for cashback. Had to submit a Missing Cashback. Just had notification that Thompson have refused to pay cashback on a fully paid for holiday which was eligible for cashback. They do not give a reason and will not review again. Avoid this company for cashback. Going independent for holidays now.

	Great holiday - cashback absolutely appalling! I paid over £4k for a holiday booked Dec 2012. Took in Aug 2013. I chased TBC for the cashback (which should have been £20 at that time). Eventually over 1 year after booking the holiday I was notified by TCB we've got your cashback... only for the amount to be £10 not £20. What a disgrace. Months later still haven't received the additional £10. I wouldn't bother again.
