Booked a second holiday which i am going on tomorrow after waiting almost a year and never recieving cash back i didnt even bother going through TCB,, however this is the problem Thomson know that most people will use them anyway.. So i have decided once this holiday is over i am going to avoid the whole thomson/crystal and the rest of there group and book either independent or through better companies.Maybe if more people did this then Thomson may take notice and not offer anything they are not prepared to give.

My claim with Thomson has been tracked for a year and the holiday was 6 months ago. I'm still waiting for it to become payable. Not a great experience with Thomson for cashback.

Booked a holiday and also parking with Thomsons- no codes or other merchant used other than TCB. Spent £3500 and expected £12 between the two claims, which is pretty poor given the outlay in any case. Neither tracked submitted claim . Surprise, surprise 5 months later both declined - terrible. Been robbed - TCB should kick them off.

Booked in January for a holiday in September. Didn't track at all and was told TCB would submit the claim after the holiday. Was then told Thomson had declined the claim stating 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' which is absolute rubbish and obviously just another excuse used by them not to pay. How is Thomson appearing on TCB with 5 stars when so many people are not getting cashback.

How can this Merchant have 99.6% when a lot of people are not getting their cashback like me. Thomson used to be good but seem to put all cashback claims ON HOLD and do not pay out. Will think again before using Thomsons, Thomas Cook seem to pay cashback ok.

Booked a Holiday in December 2012 for January 2013 and cashback did not track. Put in a claim but 10 months later after TCB tried to get it there seems no likelyhood of me getting it, TCB have made a kind offer instead. So don't bank on Thomsons paying any cashback on bookings.

Purchased a holiday in Sept 12 and in Jan 13 and still waiting for them to track. Shocking response from Thomson. Why advertise a cash back then fail to pay out when the customer has purchased. Not impressed at all, at least Thomas Cook pays out what it promises!

What is happening to Thomson? The last three holidays that I have booked through Topcashback I have had to make missing cashback claims and wait months on end for the amounts due. Just got cashback now from January!

Booked this holiday in November at a stated cashback offer of 5.05% later informed that the offer was only £5. Not tracked ,no response from three nudges ,I have all but given up on this one,hopeless.

I did not receive any cashback for a holiday last year. This company should not be allowed to advertise on Topcashback as they did not honour the transaction.

Booked a holiday last night costing £3225. Cashback was supposed to be £10.10 but I only got £5.05 - very disappointed! In the past cashback was £15 but £5 for such a large amount paid is pretty poor.

Still waiting for £5.05 to even be tracked from september 2012. Top cashback said it wouldn't show till i'd been on holiday and come back! Well hey, i've been back a month ! That's a load of nonsense because i've just booked another holiday for 2014 and guess what ? It tracked immediatly !

used to track quickly but my last 3 bookings have failed to track and I have had to go via TCB to chase them...still not tracked. Ease of booking with Thomson is excellent though. just need to get back up to speed with cashback transactions and subsequent payments!!

ease of booking, selecting seat, extras etc really great. just told that dreamliner plane not available for my return flight but offered generous compensation without even asking. really great service-cash back tracked and paid within target too!

Booked my package holiday via another cashback site as TCB offer £10 cashback whereas the other site offered 2%, meaning i received £23.40 cashback on my £1170 booking.I guess i could have done it on here then used the cashback guarantee but TCB need to keep up, look around at what other sites are doing and match or beat them first hand.
