	All non trackers have been successfully added manually and just waiting for payments to come through. Hopefully within four weeks and not needing to nudge! Thomson have generally been excellent, so not sure what went wrong this time! They are normally 100% reliable in my past experiences.

	Had to raise a manual claim with TCB as didn't track last July 11 for a holiday in November '11. Then once Thomson were able to identify the holiday booking reference, would not pay until after the holiday was taken. This is unlike some other holiday companies such as Travelsphere who paid up the TCB amount on the full balance, even tho' I had only paid the deposit for a holiday nearly a year ahead. No consistency!!

	Transaction didn't initially track, however after raising the query with customer service, item was tracked within around one week and payment received within one month. Not a great cashback amount for a £4700 holiday however.

	Yet again the cashback has not tracked. This is the forth time it has not tracked out of 5 transactions. Another enquiry opened but the last 2 never got resolved and no cashback ever received. Don't bank on receiving cashback if you make more than one transaction

	3 purchases made and not one single transaction has tracked!! Normally good tracking, but zero since the inreased cash back promotion advertising an uplift to £20 from £5. I could have got the regular £15 from other cash back sites. So multiple claims in! I could accept the odd one not tracking, but ALL three!! Obviously an issue and beware, though the promotion has now ended, so may be back to normal? I rated this top marks to keep it at the top, as the default is not set at 'newest'! Obviously the true experiences have been shocking.

	As Topcashback will always advise, there are no guarantees with cashback! After over 2 years of trying to get the cashback for me, Topcashback have had to give up. I will not trust this merchant again! My legitimate claim has been refused by Thomsom throughout.

	Tracking tested and verified before purchase of the holiday. Purchase made and all evidence supplied to support cashback which was refused outright. of course cashback is never guaranteed but i would not trust this merchant in the future.

	Thomson holidays in my experience have not lived up to what i expected. When you're desperate for a holiday & pay a lot of money you expect more. I use Thomson because i'm not keen on booking via the internet as i like to be ABTA protected. The people in the shop were really rude too & wouldn't price match their internet site.

	Tracked in just under 24 hours and usually fairly quick to pay. Hoping the higher rates come back, especially the bonus they had last January, I believe it was £30 cashback then!

	holiday was great, tracking by thomson not so good, I've waited for over a year for cashback.... with lots of help from TCB, they eventually after much harrassment, paid up... BEWARE !!
