Holiday wasn't bad but don't expect cash back. Enquiry entered months, response from merchant and TCB poor. Holiday was a year ago and action is still "waiting on merchant" Total waste of time.

I recieved good service from Thomson holidays and top Cashback but am still waiting for a code from Amazon which I requested a couple of weeks ago.

I am disappointed that Thomson are only paying £5 cashback, it used to be £30 per holiday booking, so has been reduced massively. I think it would be a much better idea to offer say 5% cashback than a measley £5

It seems I, too, am an unlucky one - almost a year since the holiday and I'm still waiting for the cashback! I'm doubtful it will come through now.

Poor,poor,poor,thomsons are a joke,shall not use again,don't care,no cashback & no hope of getting,the numbers on my booking form & tickets are not recognised.but managed to catch flight with tickets,AVOID USE ANOTHER AGENT.TOPCASHBACK IS FANTASTIC & SO EASY.

Tracked the day after I booked and paid. Still not been on our hoiliday but cashback has tracked. Thomson had the cheapest price for our holiday to Turkey so cannot fault price or cashback deal.

Makes pleanty out of additional charges, could afford to give a higher cash back. Needs to improve telephone customer services, far too long waiting to be answered even at non-busy times. May well influence our choice of holiday provider in the future.

Used thomsons now afew times and they've always tracked quickly sometimes takes a while to become payable but never had a problem i would recommended them.

Often transactions don't track - I don't know why - I've asked and nobody helps but expect it to take two or three manual attempts over about 9 months to track a transaction!

Cashback did not show. Had to put a claim through. Fortunately Top Cashback's service were able to resolve.

This cashback was tracked with no problem. I am still waiting for the £15 cashback payable on my £1300 holiday. (Several enquiries already raised.) No surprises that Thomson still haven't paid up and probably never will! Never again, though think I've said that before!
