Just got my cashback from my holiday in July. Didn't track at first then was offered a lower amount but held out and finally got my £15 as promised. Thanks to topcashback once again for chasing this transaction!

Getting only £15 for spending over £2k is a bit mean. It also did not track automatically and had to chase two or three times. Finally after 2 or 3 months popped up as immediately payable.

Din ot track automaticaal. Has to send a missing caskback claim. Transaction has now tracked. Keeping my fingers crossed that it goes all the way. (Must say though £15 is a bit stingy when spending over £3000.)

Have booked 3 cruises this year with Thomson via TopC Back. Two tracked but the third didn`t. I do feel that Thomson were rigid in their attitude towards genuine customers and I can`t fathom the reasons given for them not having paid out. TCB should be able to follow up more thoroughly as, if the retailer says no, it can`t/doesn`t do anything. If you are expecting £15 off the cruise`s price then it`s annoying when it doesn`t materialise.It`s not like it`s a small company and it must have records to show the purchase. I`m wondering whether the internet connections are sometimes at fault. A slight blip may mean the connection is lost momentarily and therefore the tracking??

Over one year old now and no sign of any cashback. Given up and closed the claim as Topcashback not interested in chasing it any further. This has happened to lots of people so don't bank on your cashback

Still not tracked or confirmed my holiday taken at the beginning of July 2010. Have sent several nudges to no avail. Whenever I have used Thomson for a hotel booking (even for just one night) I have received the £15 cashback very promptly yet when you spend hundreds of pounds on a holiday ziltch!
