	SKY BB cashback took 12 months to pay out and Voucher not received from Sky SKY BB cashback £62 took 12 months ( 11 months 23 days) to pay out and Voucher for £50 was not received from Sky. Im glad the cashback arrived but I dont know why it took so many nudges and cust service messages to TCB. It was supposed to pay out in 17 weeks or so. Not sure I would want to go through this process again - very sluggish and stressful.

	Conned and deceived Cashback offer was £199 using Top Cashback own search tool. After 12 months £63 credited to my account and case immediately closed without informing me nor giving me an opportunity to raise a question. My case note said 'full amount received' and closed. Clearly full amount was not received.

	Does not pay high amount stated I took an offer with EE and went for a package that said over £100 cash back. The cashback tracked at £19 and has now become payable. I messaged TopCashBack over a month ago and had no response.

	Great Absolutely delighted with everything, ended up switching to Vodafone receiving cash back, a voucher from vodaphone plus saving a lot each month , I’m so happy

	Paid out fairly quickly Had to wait a little while to get this cashback but eventually did and coupled with the cashback I got from the provider I used (Sky) I was able to have free broadband for 4 months!

	free money i did a compare using topcashback compare easy took a bit of time for the money to be made payable but its available now to go towards christmas present

	Did not track within 7 days Cashback failed to track within 7 days. I had to make a claim and it was put on ice for 3 months. Once the claim was submitted to the retailer then the cashback appeared in my account within 7 days from claim submitted to retailer. However instead of the £60 cashback promised I was given £48 cashback which is the incorrect amount. Also I have not received the £80 reward card promised either. So that's a total of £92 missing as I was supposed to receive £60 cashback and £80 reward card £140 total. So all in all not a very good experience. I would not recommend as too many teething problems.

	Got CashBack .....eventually Cashback after buying Sky broadband tracked immediately but payment took place more than a month after the initial 15 week wait (which I was advised about). I received payment immediately after contacting TCB support who performed admirably.

	Broadband Top Cashback Claim My top cash back visit did not appear to track, so filed a missing claim report, received a response very quickly, and within 6 weeks my claim was approved, very happy.

	Been waiting for 7 months for cashback Went via TopCashback as thought payout would be quicker since it’s TopCashback. Unfortunately 7 months later I’m still waiting and every time I contact I get told to wait u til it’s payable. No explanation of the delay or when it will pay out. Will stick to more well known compare sites from now on

	Waiting and waiting My purchase was January 24 the website and confirmed payment said 8 weeks I realise these things take time as I regularly use Topcashback I raised a ticket October 24 as still no payment and Topcashback paid me promptly

	Had to query incorrect amount but Customer Fixed it, in less than 24 hours. Had to query incorrect amount, after wating a few months to become payable but Customer Fixed it, in less than 24 hours. £76 was made payable. Thank you TCB.

	Delay in pay out This cash back took longer than normal to pay out but was eventually received. A pleasant surprise after thinking this was my first disappointment when using Top Cashback.
