	Great service The cashback was received about 10 days prior to expected, as well as the gift card from Amazon part of the offer. I am very pleased with this deal. It was great and swift to move across.

	Had to raise it with Ombudsman Services When I finally got a response from Topcashback that I was using another marketing channel which was absolutely not true, I had to raise it to Shell Energy which didn't help either and couldn't really confirm which marketing channel I was using. So I had to raise this issue to Ombudsman Services as a missold service/product and got a credit from SE at the end. I definitely do not recommend using TopCashback Compare Broadband as first of all it didn't track and secondly it's impossible to prove anything to them. Thirdly there was a big amount of cashback involved which made me buy more expensive package. And finally, for some strange reason all my big claims were declined this year even though I was using Topcashback for nearly 10 years which puts me off now purchasing anything through them.

	Not worth the hassle I would not recommend using, eight months since taking the VM package and all TCB have said is waiting for retailer, contacted VM and they have said to get in contact with the third party which is TCB. Still not resolved and should be receiving nearly £200 in cashback. 1 star!

	12 Months and counting It's now been over 12 months since I raised a claim and it's still "Waiting on Retailer". Topcashback have not been helpful or providing any updates. With this I cannot recommend purchasing through topcashback compare at all.

	COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - Does NOT payout! The offer may look very attractive (you know what they say about being too good to be true) but actually is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! They simply DO NOT PAY out!!!!! It just sits as pending FOREVER! And DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP at all from TopCashback as they COULD NOT CARE LESS! DO NOT USE TopCashback Compare - Use other comparison offers instead - they may not look as good, but this lot WILL NOT pay you, so you will end up with NO CASHBACK! I'd give ZERO STARS (0%) if possible, but TopCashback manipulate the stats by forcing you to give a minimum rating of 1 star (20%) even for merchants like TopCashback's own TopCashback Compare that DESERVE ZERO stars and ZERO %!!!

	Sometimes tracks, sometimes doesn't Happy customer in 2022, dissatisfied customer in 2023 as I have a missing cashback claim sitting in non-confirmed hell that I fully expect will be rejected or just never resolved despite being 100% valid (Shell Broadband via TCB Compare). Non-paying merchants really should get banned from the cashback sites until they find some honesty. Will update if the cashback ever arrives.

	Great deal.no brainer Switched broadband from sky to virgin.cheaper deal with faster speed and cash back as well.took a little longer to clear than I thought but it was paid so very happy.

	Shell broadband unpaid and untracked for nearly a year. Will not be using again, unpaid and untracked since Oct 2022. Missing ticket raised and still waiting for retailer. Really poor experience.

	11 months and counting Cashback didn't track so had to raise a ticket, been waiting 11 months and it still hasn't been paid. Been chasing it up and continually getting the same disappointing response that I have to wait.

	6 months no tracking or payment 6 months since I used them for broadband cash back and still not tracked or any update on my missing claim ticket. All small transactions track no problem then when it's a special offer nothing tracks. Just avoid using them.

	Not paid Still waiting as of 25th August 2023 from a purchase 1st March 2023. Estimate is 15 weeks which has long passed. Quick to track but never to pay, the usual story for TCB.

	Terrible don't use it. Doesn't track, topcashback aware of the problem but does next to nothing to mitigate the issue and continues allowing transactions to take place. A year waiting for the dispute with no answer whatsoever to date.

	Agree with other users Top cashback has gone down hill. It was great at the beginning, but now I hardly get any cashback on my purchases, always some excuse. Recently I purchased car insurance and I should get £36 cash back, but there was no recording of it. It's hit and miss. I'm trying to fight for my cashback, but always get the same answer. I would not recommend this site to my family or friends anymore.
