	Faultless I went through TopCashBack Compare and selected a home insurance quote that was cheaper than everywhere else, purchased it in May and for the first 10 weeks, it tracked as £0, pending uplift and on Friday suddenly switched to ready for payout. My only gripe was despite the request going in before 7:00AM on Friday, I had to wait until the following Monday to receive the cashback - this is a minor gripe as everything else worked the way it should!

	Terrible Used this to switch my Broadband, mid November 2023 with £76 cashback on offer together with £100 Amazon voucher. Amazon voucher came through but, 7 months on, still waiting for the cashback which they claim takes approx 13 weeks. Try raising something with TopCashback and you can't get past a message telling you it's been "slightly delayed" Shame on you.

	Scam It's been 8 months and still 'pending', despite the T&C's saying it won't take any longer than other retailers to process. Given it is a 'Topcashback' own brand offer, you'd have thought it would be incredibly straightforward to get this one paid out quickly. At this rate the entire broadband contract will be up by the time anything happens with this cashback.

	Don’t bother It didn’t track, so I raised a ticket. A full calendar year later they have offered me £44 in lieu of the £197 originally advertised. Wish I’d read these reviews before I went through with the purchase!

	Do not Trust the Rates Advertised I went through 'TopCashBack Compare Broadband' to get my new broadband. I purchased the most expensive top-of-the-range broadband product which was advertised as £197 topcashback. I had to chase TopCashBack from Jan 2023 until April 2024 for the full payment. In Nov 2023 after a lot of chasing they paid £89 (less than half what had been advertised). Five more months of chasing and they finally just said that they will not be paying the full amount. The advertised rates are NOT what they pay, and you still have to chase for a very long time to get even a fraction of what is advertised. I mistakenly trusted TopCashBack and now feel utterly conned. Never again!!

	Missing cash back for over a year I have been waiting over a year for the cashback on 'topcashback compare broadband', I have sent several 'nudges' with no success. this was a 'topcashback compare broadband', therefore their own site. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

	Doesn't track until you raise a ticket then won't be paid. I do not recommend using TopCashback Compare Broadband as first of all it didn't track and secondly it's impossible to prove anything to them. They come back with the nonsense you used another third party to make your purchase. No I didn't. Thirdly there was a big amount of cashback involved. All my big claims were declined this past year even though I've used Topcashback for over a decade. These persistent failures are discouraging me purchasing anything through them.

	Avoid It has been over a year since using them and still no cash back. It hasn't even tracked just says waiting for the retailer. I do not recommend this service and would look elsewhere for cash back on utility deals. Avoid.

	Waste of time and money when the whole transaction is online I am not sure what is difficulty in tracking. It’s a complete waste of time and somewhere money is hidden and not paid to customers. Waited 5 months now and still no movement

	Waste of time It’s been one year since I used TopCashback Compare Broadband and I still have no cashback. My missing cashback claim status is still ‘waiting for retailer’. Don’t waste your time, use a different service.

	Scam No update after 8 months. Raising claim didn't help at all. I was expecting that TopCashback Compare Broadband would be tracked and paid faster compare to external companies, but this one is worst cashback ever.

	Waste of time Still waiting for cashback after more than 22 weeks despite expected payout being 13 weeks. Raised a support ticket but keep getting the same old excuses.

	Tracked at lower rate than advertised I've not had a problem with TopCashback Compare in the previous times I've used it but my latest claim has tracked at £39 instead of the £50 it should have. These are set rate cashbacks so I'm not sure why it would track lower than advertised, I've submit a claim but who knows whether it'll be acted on.

	Never tracked and no response to the claim raised I got my broadband in March 2023, and its April 2024. Firstly, the cashback was not tracked, and its been a year since the claim has been raised and no luck on to that as well. Several nudges and effortless tries, but no cashback awarded.

	8 months & still waiting Purchased on 3 Aug 2023 & now 28 March 2024 still not received my £206 cashback. I've never had to wait this long for cashback from any other company, I thought I could trust this site as it had Top cashback in the title. However, I have read other reviews who have waited over 1year for their cashback. When I've been in touch with Customer Service they are unable to state as to how long I have to wait for the cash. Not impressed purely because I used the 'Topcashback Compare' site really feels like a kick in the teeth. A disappointed user, and I hope others will receive their cashback soon.

	Still waiting after a year Made a claim as the transaction never tracked in the first place back in Feb 2023, we're now in March 2024... Trusted this one more than others as it literally had Topcashback in it. Oh well.

	Didn’t track. Slow to pay out and at wrong rate Seems to be false advertising going on. Only Pays out at lost amount. Didn’t track on system. Raised log and had to wait ages. Now saying only entitled to £43 but expected £197. Don’t choice the broadband expecting the cashback as will be disappointed
