	Not paid Still waiting as of 25th August 2023 from a purchase 1st March 2023. Estimate is 15 weeks which has long passed. Quick to track but never to pay, the usual story for TCB.

	Terrible don't use it. Doesn't track, topcashback aware of the problem but does next to nothing to mitigate the issue and continues allowing transactions to take place. A year waiting for the dispute with no answer whatsoever to date.

	Agree with other users Top cashback has gone down hill. It was great at the beginning, but now I hardly get any cashback on my purchases, always some excuse. Recently I purchased car insurance and I should get £36 cash back, but there was no recording of it. It's hit and miss. I'm trying to fight for my cashback, but always get the same answer. I would not recommend this site to my family or friends anymore.

	Terrible Used them to switch to Shell Broadband for cash back and an Amazon voucher. Haven't received the amazon voucher or the cash back and over 6 months has passed. Hasn't even tracked yet despite me raising a ticket. Do not use if you're factoring in the vouchers/cash back to your monthly price as it is not honoured.

	Scam Still showing as pending after six months and I have now given up on this site. Nothing but a scam and I have given five stars only because Topcashback, by default, show all reviews with the highest ratings first, working down to the lowest ratings last and I believe it is important that members see negative reviews and this seems to be the best way of doing it. Stop hiding the truth about these sites

	Dishonest Promotion of Monthly Cost August 2022 use Top ash back Broadband Compare for Shell Energy Broadband advertised at £11.60 a month. This factors in the £100 Amazon voucher, £50 Bill Credit and £78 cashback. Surprise Surprise this does not track so you have to submit a missing cashback claim, only to be told the usual clear cookies etc to someone who has used Topcashback often and earned circa £3000 via the site. Constant chasing of the voucher from the affiliate promoting that results in it being given in March. Nothing from Topcashback with relation to the advertised cashback or bill credit over 9 months later. So don’t use if you expect cheaper broadband as the advertised rate factors in offers you will never see. All I am advised is this Compariwon service is ran via another company but it is called Topcashback compare and you would have though they made sure something with their name on does what it is supposed to.

	Got voucher but no cashback yet Signed up to Vodafone through topcashback compare back in September. Received my 125 voucher in December however still waiting on the cashback from topcashback compare which seems strange to me.

	Cashback still pending after 8 Months Took broadband package in Sep22 and still showing Pending till date May23. Wonder if it will be ever confirmed and Payable. Very disappointed and seems like Customer Service is not doing much about it. Only response when I chase :(

	Very happy ?? I received this cashback at the correct amount faster than I thought I would. It went to confirmed much sooner than I expected and although it was still at the confirmed stage over a month later, it did end up payable faster than originally mentioned. Overall, very pleased with topcashback compare. ??

	Not honouring the correct cashback The cashback offered to me when i took the broadband was £70 but all i received was £43. Even though i had all the informations including the screenshots even after one year they are yet to honor the advertised cashback. Overall bad experience. I would not have taken this broadband if the cashback was not offered.

	TopCashback Compare Excellent cash back and very competitive. Cashback is always very quick. I would suggest always using the TopCashback compare site every time for all insurances.

	Move to NOW Paid half the price I was paying for Sky with a £50 cashback. even use the same router as its the same company. Cashback paid in 4 months.
