Disgusting! They say they give you cashback and then they decide if it's worth paying out! Rather don't give cashback if you decline the amount payable. Or is it only large amounts that we need to spend with trainline before they pay out!

Terrible! They first deny your claim, or give the wrong cash back - always much less than owed of course. I had to make cashback claims in both cases. So much hassle that I don't bother now.
