This would previously had received five starts. Trainline have recently changed the cashback so that you now only get cashback back when completing a purchase online, and then you get charged a 75p booking fee - which in my case is more than the cashback I'd received. Hoping this will change back in the near future!

Erratic & unreliable payments! I use this web site via TopCashback frequently. The transactions always track, but Trainline come back & decline the payment some of the times. This is despite doing everything correctly & exactly the same as the successful transactions. Cash back percentage for existing customers is pitiful
