	Took out a 12 month cotract with £12.62 cashback, but after 16 months still waiting, although confirmed, stil not payable. The contract ended 4 months ago! Customer support not very helpful in getting payout, just auto responses.

	Transaction made in March 2018, cashback confirmed, but still no payout...submitted a support ticket, but just an auto generated reply, so another support ticket raised.

	I have received no cashback when I should have although now I can't remember what it should have been (went through this sight in both March and April). I have one that says payed but the figure is £0 and another that still says pending. I am very disappointed as the deal was a very good one which is part of the reason I went with it.

	Dreadful. They clearly advertised a cashback payout of £30, however to date I have only received £4.69. I have submitted a missing cashback claim (in Dec 17) but to date despite several nudges to customer services this is still unresolved. I would be highly sceptical about any cashback assurances from Tesco mobile in the future.

	Refused my claim for no good reason. I followed the rules exactly and purchased a qualifying product. I would have not used Tesco if I knew I would have not received cashback as promised, therefore I bought from them under false pretenses. Poor.

	Tracked the wrong amount and when I queried it they declined my claim saying TopCashback wasn't the last referral to the merchants site.

	Two contracts taken out, cashback of £25.50 per contract due (new pay monthly contracts). Only £17 started tracking (£17 wasn't an option anywhere on any of the contract options so no idea where that figure came from). After speaking to customer care was told that Tesco maintain Top Cashback weren't the first referrer, despite being exactly that. I used no voucher codes, no pop up windows etc. went straight to their site from TC and took out the contracts with them. Been told that even the £17 may not reach payable despite being confirmed. Terrible service from Tesco Mobile.

	Never paid out despite meeting eligibility criteria. They claimed that I returned the sim cards. That will be the one's the wife and I are currently using. I regularly have trouble with Tesco cashback and so wouldn't use again if cashback amount was swaying decision as they often decline.
