AVOID. Go elsewhere. Do NOT touch Tesco mobile with a bargepole. I've been refused cashback twice for no particular reason. I now find myself in possession of a Tesco product that i wouldn't have bought without the promised cashback.

Really not impressed with Tesco Mobile. Bought a S4 mini through them as £40 cashback was offered. Never tracked, put in claim and today was told it had been rejected due to incorrect order number or they can't trace an order through tcb. Don't expect to get anything when buying from Tesco Mobile on here. From other reviews it seems I'm not the only one either.

Beware! Didn’t track, and then declined cashback two months after I raised a ticket. Reason given was “the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction” which is rubbish as I don’t use any other cashback sites. Missed out on £35 cashback

Declined a genuine cashback. Resubmitted with the help of Topcashback customer service team, but again declined by Tesco. No possibilities of getting the cashback as they just declined. I do not recommend.
