Used this merchant 2 times for cash back. Both times I’ve had to make a claim because cash back has not tracked. The second time the claim was denied because Tesco mobile has made out I’m not eligible for the cash back even then though I brought an iPhone for £26.50 a month which falls under the iPhones from £25 - £30 category that was listed at the time of purchase.

I have waited 9 months for the cash back to reach my account! An unbelievable amount of time to wait. Totally unacceptable! Would I recommend Tesco Mobile cash back to anyone? Not a chance!

Good cash amount but have been waiting over 6 months for estimated 13 weeks. Queries are answered with just wait. Could have used a work cash back site and will do in future. Top cash back should be dealing with the affiliates to get this paid
