	Got cash back but not what was promised. It was stated that I would get £40 but only received £25. So bare that in mind when purchasing phone contracts with Tescos.

	cashback declined. tesco claim product was returned when i am still using it! havent had great cashback experience with any tesco transactions yet.

	No don't Purchased a handset with a rolling 1 month contract for a very good price outright. After the first month of the contract I cancelled the SIM as I didn't need it, Tesco then refused to pay claiming I had changed the contract. If it had been a 12 or 24 month contract I could understand that but a month contract I had fulfilled my side of the contract. Topcashback did help and helped make up some of the missing cashback but I consider Tesco to be disingenuous. I will be using topcashback again but not Tesco Mobile.

	Gone from being excellent customer service to dodgy, unreliable provider! Have forgotten how to do good Customer Service, and have alienated many long term loyal customers. Deals are no longer best value, its easy to find better for less. Some of the 5 start reviews here don't even bother with a full 1 liner.......................

	waste of time - whole scenario is disgusting Disgusted that my 100% true genuine transaction with a valid click-thought was not paid-out . Disgraceful to say 'can't find me' when I have a 24 month contract and a monthly direct debit!!!! TopCashBack wasted MUCH of my time. Very unhappy & disappointed.

	Don't count on cashback Dreadful, zero-star transaction. Bought a Samsung phone with an upfront payment and a 1-month contract. Tesco declined cashback for the “Order canceled or returned” reason. TCB reps were not helpful either, made different rejection reasons every time I replied in my cashback claim.

	bought 2 phones from Tesco Mobile and had to raise a complaint as cashback didn't track either time. Took forever to get back but I did receive it in the end.
