Supposed to pay out after approx 13 weeks but I’m still waiting after 21 weeks. Been told to wait another 4-6 weeks before raising it again. Big disappointment after they “confirmed” fairly quickly.

Have purchased three separate times and only once was the cashback paid without having to raise a complaint. My February 2020 purchase has only tracked this month so wont get it till 2021!
