I bought and experience though Top Cash Back for Red Letter Days and they have cancelled the payment. No vouchers or anything was used which would have meant they wouldn't pay out. I don't recommend using this retailer

0 stars for Red Letter Days - no tracking, gave them the information, they confirmed it was ordered through TCB but declined to pay anyway. I was expecting a high amount back so they obviously pick and choose which ones to bother paying. Awful merchant. Avoid.

Smallprint said 'No cashback on Balloon rides' therefore I was fuming to learn this after I had spent £100 on the site. I would not recommend using Red Letter days as Virgin Experience are a far superior service provider.

This merchant offered an exclusive cashback for a limited period of 25% however it only ever tracked and became payable at the standard 13%. I lodged a claim with Topcashback for the outstanding balance - this was over 1 year ago (last September) and I have received my first response from Top Cashback now stating the claim has been declined by Red Letter Days without any reason!! Great site with fantastic experiences but do not trust their special cash back offers!!

Warning: check prices direct with supplier and with other experience gift sites before ordering - Red Letter days is very overpriced. For example, the Bridge Bungee Jump in Middlesbrough is £73 on Red Letter Days but only £50 to £60 on other sites (into the blue, buy a gift, boys stuff) or £60 direct with supplier.

Tracked almost immediately and paid within 6 weeks. Couldn't be happier - shame I missed the 15% cashback....got in at 13% which will help o subsidise the experience. 10/10 from me

What a joke. After nearly 7 months of trying to get cachback they refused it as apparently they paid the cashback to another 'marketing channel'.
Sounds to me they didnt want to pay the cashback. Wont be using them again!
