Bought as a 50th birthday present. Easy to purchase on-line, the print out was not good to give as a present, looked more like a confirmation page than a voucher so I did my own. Good selectionof gifts to purchase.

After purchasing an experience through this merchant solely due to the cash back offered nothing was received, I then queried this with topcashback who have just got back to me 10 weeks after the initial purchase to say that red letter days will not be processing my cash back claim and have provided no response as to why. I won't be using them in future there are a lot of alternative providers offering the same thing cheaper.

I was disappointed that the code discounts did not seem to be available when you get to the checkout page. I tried a couple of times but ended up having to pay more than I had expected but as it was a present and I had no more time, I had no option but to pay the full price. At least I got the benefit of Top Cash Back which is always nice.
Thanks for helping me to make a bit of a saving.

We were given a Red Letter voucher for £120 and found it very difficult to find something we would enjoy. We finally settled on an overnight stop at a 4 star hotel but found it cost it more to use it than the hotel offers. There was a special offer on for DBB for 2 people costing £158 but we could not use it. We asked another couple to join us and they got the offer and we ended up paying £165 for B&B and then had to pay £45.00 for a meal bringing out total to £210 versus £156 for our guests. So I cannot recommend buying a voucher of this nature as it becomes a very expensive spend. It also took us a long time to find a hote that could facilites dates to suit all in our party.

Not happy that cashback has tracked as £0.00 instead of 17.17%... had to email the voucher code published here for extra the 10% so it seems now they are deciding to honour that and not the 17.17%... nice. Would have preferred both or at least the other way round...
