THIS MERCHANT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT PAY CASHBACK. Having waited 2 months for cashback the amount has been reset to zero. If you read the reviews carefully you will see most other people have them same issue. Not sure why people give them 5 stars for cashback before receiving the money as this is very misleading for everybody. Its a shame as I would probably use Ocado again as they seem good value for money.

Used £20 voucher code advertised on Ocado site - it had expired. Complained, got told "as a gesture we'll give you a £15 one". Arrived 15 minutes late, wanted to explain receipt in great detail - despite my saying he'd already made me late. Badly packed (heavy stuff on top of crisps, cleaning products in with food). Lots of advertising in bags, lots of spam and phone calls.

Pleased with cashback - website a bit annoying, but managed to work out what to do for first ever internet shop. Goods ordered were not available so alternative sent by Ocado which were more expensive ! Rang their customer service and they refunded the extra cost with no fuss. Suitably impressed I guess.

I have to back up what some of the other reviewers have stated, seems Ocado like the extra business this clearly brings to them but don't like paying out. £6.30 it should have been and that number stayed there for about 2 weeks on my account before switching to 0.00. I know it was no fault at my end because I read additional info and followed it to the letter. Shame on you Ocado. It is sad they feel the need to do this because their service is good and food lovely.

this tracked at full amount and then after a month it disapeared, got tcb to track, it appeared again then went again, the service ocado offer is excellent, have used them a few times since, just never gona see me cashback

Went onto Ocado and purchased as part of the Cashback on Offer. Order goods, had them delivered, no problems. However, they have cancelled / declined my cashback. Why. It's bad business. I wont go there again, there are more reliable and trustworthy sites out there!

My order on the 28th October for £140.59 and still no cash back! it is showing that I have been to Ocado but nil in the amount. So unfair as this was my first order. I won't be coming back for more. Cashback were supposed to be looking inot it too but I have heard nothing.

Pleased with delivery and quality of food. More expensive than other supermarkets. CashBack tracked immediately at £7.50 then became payable at zero. Submitted missing cashback claim and as with other reviewers no joy, no cashback. Won't be using this supermarket again.
