Never shopped with Ocado before but was very impressed with the service and quality of food - recommended. However I was really disappointed when, after tracking and confirming in record time it went to payable as £0.00. Not very impressed, played the game to the letter and still lost out!

Not tracked and slow response
Purchase late November not tracked. Only found this out late February, and made an untracked purchase claim. It has still taken two months more for it to become payable. This seems to be the norm for every purchase with every retailer (with one exception).

very slow cashback
New customer starting their online delivery. Tracking is quick and accurate but payable cycle is 13 weeks?! Will see what would happen.

Cashback declined due to 'Voucher code used'...but the site says 'Use these voucher codes and still get cashback for a double saving'...

Cashback initially tracked but went down to 0. Just like others have said. It's probably a good idea to look at the recent reviews of the merchant as Topcashback shows the top reviews at the top by default.

Cashback not logged. manual claim made. it was later refused due to terms and conditions not met.....? to me that sounds like you have met terms and conditions so therefore we aint giving you cashback cause its to much money to offer in the first place, it was just used to hook and line you in. Waste of time not worth the disappoint of having £6+ refused. Wont even shop with them anymore. The whole point of shopping with other supermarket providers is to save a buck and to know you've had a good deal.

I used the topcashback link to order my first shop with Ocado. I found the whole experience very good, it offered a great delivery service. However after waiting since July for my missing cashback, I have now been told that it has been declined due to me 'using another marketing channel'. I ordered it using the link from top cashback, therefore am disappointed with the cashback service.

Cashback tracked initially and then was declined by Ocado. I lodged a claim which resulted in "transaction has been identified as having gone on to use a different voucher from one of the merchants other marketing channels". I queried that as I clicked through from Topcashback , nowhere else and the response was " you intentionally or knowingly went through another channel. It usually means that something else has been recorded as being the referrer of your transaction. This does not even necessarily mean another cashback site, it can be anything from a search engine to a voucher code to a pop up window or anything like this." Not impressed!!! Also had problems with lots of items in my shop - will not use again.

Cashback cancelled, even though all codes used were correct, will lodge claim. Will not shop with ocado again unless sorted, shame too as the delivery driver was so helpful and polite.

"New Customer" cashback offer tracked initially and then declined a month later after a £250 spend. Wouldn't use this merchant if you are counting on receiving the cashback....

Tracked quickly, but then withdrew the payment within a couple of weeks. Don't know why. As a new customer I expected the cashback advetised (£8.10). Have lodged a claim. They keep sending emails with further offers. Will NOT be using them again!

Very disappointing, originally tacked at promotional rate of £6 but then changed to £0 for no apparent reason. I'm surprised at Ocado - normally I'd rate their service butu don't use for cashback, it doesn't work.
