cashback tracked within hours, product deliveredquickly however I would recommend you buy from the store and not online. yodel (courier they use) are rubbish. custmer service doesn't exist, my product was smashed to bits.

Transaction never showed up in my account. Click through tracked ok, submitted a ticket, but after 3 months and a number of nudges with TCB support, Matalan ruled that 'another referral site had been credited with my purchase' and declined the £7 cashback I was owed.
This definitely is not the case - I got £0 out of it and clicked through directly from TCB.
Not very impressed. Goods and price ok, but service rubbish!

Can't believe what a smooth transaction this order was. It was my first time with Matalan online and managed to get a free delivery due to a promotion they were doing at the time. Delivery was via DHL, and was with me within three days. Cashback tracked within 24 hours, so now just waiting for it to go over to pending.. So far I'm very happy, and would use again :D

Customer service could be better however transaction tracked after only 2hrs of making my purchase online which I am pleased about. Hope it confirmation and payout doesn't take too long either.

excellent choice of clothes for an online retailer, shame the cashback is so low, if you do spend a lot of money you dont really save when you pay the postage charges. Better than some others though.

Delivery by DHL- had to call to delivery guys house to collect. No customer service, never came off his personal mobile telephone call while I was there and my (and all other packages) were just dumped in the boot of his car parked outside. Bad delivery service from DHL on behalf of Matalan.
