Quick to track matalan use DHL according to there tracking out for delivery on the 18th today the 20th had a phone call saying they could not find my address, they then turn up in a private car delivering, awfull any excuse will never buy online from matalan again.

what can i say????? matalan,, my favorite store!!! i shop instore or online every week or more. i must admit i was dissapointed at the delivery time on the last order, it said 3 days and 7 days later i have not recieved my parcel. i as many others would always like a little more cashback, especially when we spend a lot.
