Loads of things were out of stock AFTER they had taken the order. At least they honoured the free delivery even though my purchases didnt qualify - due to things out of stock. Took ages to pay out

It's one of those shops where you know what you will get, I have some Tee shirts from Matalan that are nearly 5 years old and wash and wear without going out of shape, I've never had that with M&S etc.
And they send you regular Freebies, I recently got a use as often as you like ( for 3 months ) 10% discount card, with my Daughters Student discount that's nearly 20% off on stuff that's already great value

Product was good and shipped quickly, but it took over a year (and several enquiries and nudges) for the cashback to come through. Not a very good cashback service!

Was a bit disappointed when placing my order-I had placed a couple of items in my shopping bag but took to long to checkout as the products I had ordered were no longer available when it came time to pay so beware! Delivery was quick though!
