Failed to award cashback. I am told "I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction." Rubbish I clicked straight through to Matalan from TCB!

Cashback didn't track and they threw out subsequent claim saying another referrer was involved. I know this is not the case as I ordered items from BHS and Debenhams at the same time, through TCB, and these all tracked with no problems. Seems like other people have had the same experience.

Loads of things were out of stock AFTER they had taken the order. At least they honoured the free delivery even though my purchases didnt qualify - due to things out of stock. Took ages to pay out
