  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • If you have any previous transactions from this merchant.
    • If you have previously held policy with Life Bureau, and cancelled it, or had it cancelled.
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
    • Cashback is paid once a genuine application is validated and six consecutive months premiums have been collected. This can mean expected payment can take between 9 – 12 months from transaction date
    • Cashback will begin to progress after 6 months.
  • What to do when
    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
