A completed quote is not an Eligible Purchase and therefore is not eligible for Cashback, you will only be eligible for Cashback on a completed purchase of a life insurance policy (“Product”).

You will only be eligible for Cashback if Compare the Market (“Merchant”) is able to link your Product purchase to the TopCashback website. This means you must:
1. Log into your TopCashback account
2. Click from TopCashback directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct product category
3. Generate a brand new quote and purchase your Product immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser)

Cashback eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.

Editing or using a previously saved quote or product comparison from your Compare the Market account will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for Cashback.

If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced. e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.

If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.

If you, or the insurer, cancel the policy before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account.

If your purchase is not fully completed online.

Cashback will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 180 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.

The Merchant’s decision is final.
