  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • This offer is open to all new Life insurance plans purchased through Reassured
    • To be eligible for cashback the quotation form must be completed immediately from when you click through to Reassured from Top cashback.
    • You will not be eligible if you have previously taken out life insurance through Reassured within the last two years.
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
    • Cashback is limited to one cashback payment per policy only, including joint policies.
    • Sales will initially track at zero and will be uplifted to the correct amount upon validation.
    • Cashback is paid once a genuine application is validated after six consecutive monthly premiums have been collected. Please allow a further 8 weeks for cashback for to be processed.
    • Cashback will not be paid on renewals.
    • If your sales fails to track, please raise a claim within 30 days of the sale date Claims after 30 days will be declined. If you have been awarded the wrong amount of cashback upon validation, please again raise your claim within 30 days of cashback being confirmed in your account. We are unable to investigate claims after this timeframe.
    • Monthly premiums must remain the same for you to be eligible for cashback. If you reduce your premiums your cashback will be reduced.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • You will not be eligible for cashback if monthly payments are missed within the first six months of your policy starting.
    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • What to do when
    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
