No payout - claim rejected as alleged it did not track. I have proof of tracking (screenshot of tracking confirmation) and proof of dispatch. Disappointed this has not been resolved. Will update here if the seller does resolve the problem.

Disappointed that this hasn't recorded as having tracked, weeks later. This is despite the fact that I have a screen shot of the Topcashback site message saying that it had tracked - and confirmation of purchase. Have submitted an enquiry and will update here if there is any progress.

Made two purchases. Neither tracked - first missing claim returned with incorrect amount and second claim denied. Can’t trust this merchant to pay a penny

Not good. Purchased one set of lenses and transaction failed to track. Repeat experience with my second purchase. I won't be using them again and I suggest you don't either!

absolutely one of the poorest cashback providers on this site. Their feedback also says it all. Didnt track, despite many nudges, the retailer is failing to respond to Top Cashback. No sign of any cashback and retailer is ignoring requests to look into matter. Thing is that Lenstore is not the cheapest on the web and I only purchased because of cashback. however, will be going elsewhere from now on. thats my regular business that they have now lost on fortnightly contact lenses!
