Absolute rubbish. Always order from Lenstore but not once have any of my orders ever tracked in more than 2 years. Submitting tickets doesn't ever get you your cashback either. The service and prices from Lenstore are good and I do recommend them but don't bother with the cashback as it is non existent. They should be removed from Top Cashback IMO.

I was happy with the service & goods received but very disappointed with the lack of movement on the cashback front. It tracked really quickly but 3 months down the line I'm still waiting to hear anything regarding the cashback from either the merchant or Top Cashback despite sending lots of nudges.

Have been using the Lenstore for a couple of years now and their service is excellent but cashback is non existent.
Still waiting after a month and no sign of my purchase being tracked or ever getting paid for my cashback. I would recommend using the Lenstore but don't go out of your way to go via Top Cashback to make a few pennies from your purchase because chances are you won't see a single penny.

Been waiting over a year for cashback , I got the lenses no issue from them but dont believe they will every give me cashback so have moved to another supplier since its a competitive market and this is just tricking people to use them , would not recommend afriad.

Submitted a missing claim for cashback and feel very dissapointed that it was not honoured.
Don't let the cashback persuuade you to buy from this retailer, because the chances are the cashback will not be paid.
Despite cashback never being "guaranteed," I also feel that the continued advertisement of this retailer on this website is misleading to consumers.

Tracking never works
I can see they tried to route through an external website when navigating from TCB to Lenstore for tracking. However, this has never worked since they revamped their website. Every time I submit a missing cashback here, it takes a long time to process, and it is not guaranteed to be accepted. I tried sending feedback to TCB and Lenstore, but they deliberately refused to admit any faults. I am glad to see quite many reviews below that confirmed I am not the only one encountering this problem - that they have no excuses.

Scam - no cashback shown in Topcashback
No cashback shown in the account even if it has been tracked by topcashback! Which said that the order number I provided is not correct, but I'm sure this is definitely correct as it is the only order number in the email as well as in the invoice.

Don't use if you want cashback
I have purchased from this site around 4-5 times. The delivery is great, arrives within the week. When it comes to cashback, I have yet to have a purchase where the cashback is not declined. I have lodged missing cashback claims and get the response of invalid order number. I won't be purchasing with them again as they are quite pricey.

Two separate purchases had Cashback declined for no reason. Cookies cleared and a fresh page but no cashback. The lenses are very well priced but they should not be listed on this site.
