I purchase lenses from this retailer several times a year, so the cashback would be an extra bonus but as a regular customer I am disappointed that I have had to file a missing cashback claim on both occasions I have purchased and the first claim has only just been paid from a claim in October, relating to a purchase in July.

Cashback at Lenstore never tracks. I've raised multiple order and always had to raise a claim in order for the cashback to come through. It tracks and gets paid eventually, but it's a hassle having to raise a claim each and every time.
