Purchased tracked but Just Travelcover refused to pay even afterlodging a claim and providing all necessary information. Would have paid less for my travel insurance if I'd gone elsewhere but factored in the cashback. Avoid is my advice.

BEWARE - This company appears to use the promise of cashback to get your business, but then refuses to pay and also refuses to give a reason. It starts with the purchase not being tracked, then on raising a query with Topcashback, the reply is a refusal to give the cashback and a reason for the decision. Vote with your feet, go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE justtravelcover.com, I took out cover for my family for a holiday in Jul 14, it listed straight away in pending but never confirmed. When I raised a customer claim through TCB, I got a reply saying they had refused the claim but would not give a reason. When I took out the policy I followed all the correct procedure as I am an experienced TCB user (over £1300 earned) I would question the firms integrity. DO NOT USE
