Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Using a mobile phone. Cashback can only be earned by using a laptop or desktop PC.
  • If the quote has been generated via any third party site or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to TopCashback
  • If the policy has been cancelled by you or terminated in any fashion by The Post Office
  • If a quote is generated online via TopCashback but you then telephone Post Office to complete the purchase of cover.
  • If you generate a quote and come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase
  • Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • If you are renewing your policy
  • Cashback will not be paid on any of the following travel insurance policies: Single Trip Core, Single Trip Max, Single Trip Extra, Annual Trip Core, Annual Trip Max and Annual Trip Extra.
  • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • You must ensure that you have third party cookie tracking enabled on your device on which you make the application and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window
  • Your policy must be continuously in force for at least 90 days and all policy payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will only be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you after this time period
  • Cashback is only available on new policies
  • Claims that are older than 30 days will be declined.
  • If your sales fails to track, please raise a claim within 30 days of the sale date. Claims made after 30 days will be declined. If you believe you have been awarded the wrong amount of cashback, please again raise your claim within 30 days of cashback being confirmed in your account. We will be unable to investigate claims after this timeframe.
What to do when
  • Cashback is offered through TopCashback. Any cashback queries should be taken up with TopCashback, not Post Office.
  • If your cashaback does not track within 3 days please submit a missing cashback claim via the Customer Care section on your account.
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
