Your policy must be continuously in force for at least 90 days and all policy payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will only be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you after this time period
Cashback is only available on new policies
Claims that are older than 30 days will be declined.
If your sales fails to track, please raise a claim within 30 days of the sale date. Claims made after 30 days will be declined. If you believe you have been awarded the wrong amount of cashback, please again raise your claim within 30 days of cashback being confirmed in your account. We will be unable to investigate claims after this timeframe.

Cashback is offered through TopCashback. Any cashback queries should be taken up with TopCashback, not Post Office.
If your cashaback does not track within 3 days please submit a missing cashback claim via the Customer Care section on your account.
A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
