My Cashback declined by this retailer after many months of chasing by TCB stating that I used an unauthorised voucher code during purchase, of which I know I did not use any codes. Will not use this company again. 100% Loss of confidence and very dissapointed.

Bought the policy in May 2015 and have not received the cashback. The company should not promise cashback when it would not deliver. How would they have dealt with any claim that I may have made during my trip to America, one wonders? Shall not use again.
