Don’t count on getting cashback from this merchant.
1st time I have had cashback declined from any company on Topcashback. Got all the screenshots to show I went through the process correctly. Topcashback customer service were excellent as usual in raising with the merchant and confirmed that they knew I had used their link. However, merchant gave a woolly excuse as not having recorded Topcashback as the final referrer. I note a couple of other folk have posted issues recently. If you are comparing quotes, I wouldn’t count any cashback into your calculations as this merchant appears to try to avoid paying out.
