Not very happy that I can only use cash back via BA Avios, especially after having spent £210 with them. Most of us ordinary folk don’t travel with BA anyway!

not impress with John lewis cashback the fact that you can only claim via British airways is a travesty, because what if the person does not have an Avios account does that mean yo loose it which is not acceptable . Please feed this back to John Lewis.

Dreadful. because I had previously had a policy with JL that I had to cancel I was unaable to complete the quote online, therefore possibly not ablw to obtain the cashback amount and then when I took out the policy and paid for it in full they sent out the incorrect documents and increased the premium because I changed the date by two days. - RSA insurance are using the John Lewis name for pet insurance and are in effect giving John Lewis a bad name.

Cashback is tied to points or equivalent with specific merchants so is useless. Mine is tied to British Airways Exec Club so will never be used. I notice currently your cashback is tied to Avios points; something else I don't use. It's not cashback if you can't have it as cash.
