Recently had a claim which was turned down because I was told the correct amount of cashback had been paid out .(£0). Surprised to find almost 6 weeks later a confirmed amount £5 more than I'd originally claimed. Very happy with that but don't understand why it was declined in the first place.

Great product. Shame that even when Topcashback acknowledge the booking it takes over 3 months for the validity to be claimed. Big rewards but you have to fight.

None of the bookings through topcashback bear any thing like what is expected when the booking is made. I have now been waiting a year for IHG/Topcashback to sort it out!!!!!!
