Don’t use - they track but always pay out at £0 so honestly dont waste your time. Use hotels.com and track through them..!

I've used their hotels on a number of occasions and each time they have never given me commission on the full amount always a few pounds less for some reason! Also they take so long to process your request compared to other companies.

Waste of time; never tracks at anything but 0; and then 0 becomes payable. Raising claims never works - I guess it's just buying time so that the buyer forgets about wonderful increased cashback offers. I'll be trying other cashback / points sites for IHG transactions from now on - hopefully will find more reliable one for me
