I use IHG on a weekly basis, and when it works it works quickly and is great. However, despite following the same process every week when I make my bookings, quite often the cashback does not track as expected and I need to raise claims to try and get the cashback paid. This is frustrating, and there is never any indication as to why some weeks it works okay, and some weeks it does not, which is not helpful.

My purchases tracked straight away but then went to £0 payable each time. I have lodged claims with TopCashback but don't understand why showing as £0 payable, does that mean my cashback has been declined? Don't think it will ever be paid.
