All of the low value reservations track; none of the high value ones do and always have to submit a claim which takes months. Very unsatisfactory performance indeed.

Terrible service. Inconsistent tracking. Constantly having to chase for payout. Regularly they don’t payout without any explanation. Worst merchant on TCB - they should remove them.

Circa 50% of my transactions track at ‘payable £0’ even though I book in exactly the same wathat I for those that qualify. Always clear my cookies etc so no reason for it not to work. No real answer as to why given either. A shame, as in IHG I like the brand overall.

Continually have problems with this merchant. Tracks as zero so difficult until stay completed and it is a lottery as to whether or not they pay out. Waited 6 months for a missing cashback claim and then they decline it despite the fact that I have clear evidence of transaction.

IHG are the worst retailer I have experienced. I have had several legitimate purchases declined. They track correctly but then are either declined or confirmed with £0 payout. They do not uphold any claims submitted. I strongly suggest that Topcashback drop them as a retailer.
