Both times I have used these and gone through top cash back, the amount has appeared as £0.00 and payable in my account. I am still waiting for a claim to be resolved this time as it was worth over £50 cashback.

All of the low value reservations track; none of the high value ones do and always have to submit a claim which takes months. Very unsatisfactory performance indeed.
