IHG are the worst retailer I have experienced. I have had several legitimate purchases declined. They track correctly but then are either declined or confirmed with £0 payout. They do not uphold any claims submitted. I strongly suggest that Topcashback drop them as a retailer.

Generally good, but actual figure may differ from offer on TopCashback. Takes a while to arrive in your account too.

Language came up as French and cashback never tracked. Lodged a claim which was turned down. Will revert to using Expedia.

Very poor. Either doesn't track or goes to payable at £0 way before the stay. Disputes are summarily dismissed by the retailer.
