Always had problems with tracking, but missing claims would usually get paid eventually, but I've recently had a number being declined as "non-commissionable", when they were normal cash bookings.

Very frustrating and poor response. Tracks at zero meaning you’d don’t know what you will receive. Doesn’t pay out 50% of time

4 nights in Vienna from 1 October. Still waiting on cashback on 1 March. This is a "faster paying" merchant. Pick another hotel chain.

They have not paid cashback on a £294 stay that I have made. There were no offers or vouchers applied but it has come back as a 0.00 payable

Both times I have used these and gone through top cash back, the amount has appeared as £0.00 and payable in my account. I am still waiting for a claim to be resolved this time as it was worth over £50 cashback.
