Cashback didn't track for some reason, and after submitting an enquiry via topcashback, ICH initially denied all knowledge. After prodding a second time, with *comprehensive* information (card number, date of transaction, exact details of stay, loyalty card number etc...), they offered the amount I was due.

tracking activity seems reasonably rapid, but confirmation of cashback value very slow and poor. I still have a number of stays showing at zero value

Hotel stay at end of Dec 08, did not track, sent claim form, waited a while but now finally showing as confirmed. Quite a slow process compared to some other hotel transactions.

Had a problem with a £0 cashback and assumed that it would change after my stay.It stayed the same until issuing a missing cashback.Credited after a few days.

Initial problem with cashback not appearing in the "Pending" column but this was resolved effeciently by TopCashBack.
