All ok except no cashback. - Claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral. However, they have stated that the sale of this transaction came directly from the merchant site and not through ourselves.

I love using hotels.com - first it's a user-friendly site that makes it easy to find good hotel deals. The fact that you can get nights for free and cash back with TopCashback sweetens the deal.

Long time Topcashback member, this is the first time review I've submitted. I was lured in by a special enhanced, ends in a few days time 14% cash back offer. Cashback didn't track, I had to chase and when it eventually came through it was for an equivalent of c.7.7%. I raised this with Topcashback who in turn raised it with relevant agency. No breakdown of the payment was forthcoming, even knocking off VAT there was no way of understanding how the payout was almost half that expected. Topcashback say they can't offer anything other than apologising for the outcome. In my experience don't believe any hype from Hotels.com
