Had 6/8 booking through hotels.com always 50% Problems and have to submit claim. Even though it was tracked on top cash back they didn’t pay out on half of the invoices. Instead of claiming cash back I would have been better of claiming the nights staus instead. Could have had many free nights by now instead of wasting time with them.

The cash back is paid but less than stated and for one need to be claimed. Overall Ok. Booking wise we needed a change and it was dealt ok. The Euro to pound conversion rate shown one and actual amount is different even though it was a non-cancelled booking.
