our cashback didn't track, we could booked elsewhere for slightly cheaper or logged in as a member and collected the nights for the free night offer (cashback stipulated to checkout as a guest and not collect the free nights) We used Hotels.com regularly but will be booking elsewhere in the future if they do not honour the cashback.
