I add the same problem with promotion code HC5aReFSAVE10 not being recognised. Also a booking I made on 9 October hasn't been tracked yet - hopefully will show up in the next day or two.

When discount code HC5aReFSAVE10 is entered, hotels .com reprts it as 'not recognised'.
If you post a discount code, may I suggest you also post the link to your source, so it's current validity can be checked?

Cashback tracked quickly.
Received my cashback. I did have to submit a missing claims enquiry however I did receive my cashback eventually.
