tracked very quickly (hours, if not minutes) at the right rate (8%). The booking is for a 1 day stay in February, so may be a while before I can report on the confirmation or payout (which other users seem to suggest may cause a problem). However, the price was the best (or same) as I'd found anywhere on the web and the promised cash-back the best I found also. (Late rooms was 5%, booking.com doesn't give cashback and cost more anyway, other sites weren't at all easy to use, and the price on hotels was the same as that offered if you went direct for the particular hotel I am booked in at).

I had to submit an enquiry for it to get registered and then it took weeks so not a great experience. Fingers crossed they pay out quicker but am doubtful.
