Booked hotel in March, didn't track at all til May after submitting missing cashback claim!
Have since booked other holiday hotel in May, and no sign of that tracking either. Probably will have to submit another missing cashback claim for this merchant. What's the problem??? It's so frustrating.

Initially tracked fine but then put back to zero...for no reason. As the break is shortly I was almost tempted to cancel and re-book seeing that there is a bigger discount promotion on at the moment.
I have submitted a claim and will see what the outcome is.

Very good hotel booking service, with lots of reviews so you can choose suitabel hotels to stay in. Had a couple of problems with the holiday and both times Hotel.com had excellent customer service and very quickly sorted out the issues to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Very happy with cashback, though it's always worth comparing how much cashback the different hotel booking sites are offering, as well as the room rate, as sometimes it varies. However, Hotels.com is one of my favourites.

Inaccurate descriptions, misleading photos and highly dubious ratings. In the end no cheaper than hotel's own websites, and no hotel chain loyalty points as the payment is made to a 3rd party instead of the hotel chain. Stayed at a terrible "4*" in Brussels, so bad I had to complain. I got a partial refund, and the cashback was withdrawn. Hotels.com, I will never use you again.
