I had a problem with 2 purchases with Hotels UK, however TCB sorted it without problem & the missing claim was paid very quickly. I have continued to use the Hotels UK web site since & had no further problems with all purchases tracking and being paid quickly. I would recommend them. They have the best TCB rate out of all the hotel booking services. Well Done.
